Drawing on Emanuela's expertise as a sommelier, we offer a wine list that captures the essence of small Italian producers, selected from among the prominent wineries of FIVI (Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers) and Le Donne del Vino (Association of Women in Wine).
Each bottle tells the story of our commitment to promoting craftsmanship and the legacy of small producers who work with passion and respect for the land.
